Sibling Meeting~

Two years ago my daughter Marissa got in contact with me for the first time. Last summer Jerome and I drove down to Tenn. and stopped in KY to meet her for the first time. This year she was able to come north for my graduation party and meet her siblings. Andrew, Kami, Jordan and Marissa got along so well. (Logen unfortunately was not able to get leave from his base to attend). Kami is thrilled she has a "real life big sister". They stayed up hours after all of us went to bed chatting, laughing and getting to know one another. I am truly a blessed mother to have 5 wonderful, beautiful children!

A TIME FOR CELEBRATION!!!

Anne's graduation from college was April 30th, 2010 at Grand Rapdis Community College. The degree of Associates of Nursing was confered upon her that night. Jerome and the kids were there to help celebrate. Anne's oldest son Logen drove from his Airforce base in Deleware, Maryland to join the festivities. Andrew, Kami and Jordan were also on hand to watch thier mom cross that stage and recieve her degree.

Jerome and I are having an open house on May 15th from 5pm until whenever. We are going to be having burgers and dogs on the grill. Plans are to also have a bon-fire that evening.
