Jerome and I spent one weekend this summer up north working on getting a better mode of access to his deer blind. We had been using stepladders to get all the way up and it's bit scary when the steps lean out from the blind and not in. We also worked on constructing a "deck" outside the door. Work went quite well and we even had help from "our girl" Maggie.
